How do we speed the process up by 75%?

Depending on the amount of work and the amount of time the client wishes to be away, we employ two or three teams working together around the clock as a 'relay team'.

Example:
A 4-week job for two people = 40 days. (based on two people working Monday – Friday - 5 days per week)
A relay team will consist of three separate teams of two painters working the hours below:

Two painters – 7am-3pm
Two painters – 3pm-11pm
Two painters – 11pm-7am

This system allows a 4-week job to take 5 days (based on 6 painters working 5 days/nights)

How is this possible?

The Fast Finish process will eradicate sheeting up and cleaning at the start and end of each day. Saving hours throughout the course of the job.

Our painters will be able to work throughout the whole property at once rather than just a few rooms at a time. This system is underestimated when it comes to saving time.

A project manager will be employed as a link for the relay team.

The project manager and the relay team will collaborate to come up with a system specifically tailored to your property to maximise efficiency whilst always keeping our high standards as a priority.

What does the client need to do?

The client vacates the property for an agreed amount of time and returns to a finished property at a pre-agreed time and date.

The client would, of course, still be able to drop by should they wish to do so to check on progress.

What will this cost?

Between 15-35% on top of the original quote.

The cost for this service will depend on how many teams will be required to complete the work by the time and date the client requests.
